Okay. We plan dinners out for the week on Sundays so I during our busy week, I know what to make for dinner so I don’t have to spend so much time on Pinterest searching for dinner. I go out on Mondays and do the shopping for the week because I know if we have to stop by the store to get something during the week, I’ll be walking out with some snacks and treats that were not on the list.
So last Monday, I decided to go grocery shopping. Except my daughter ended up feeling sick and I had sent my son over to a neighbor’s to play and so my normal shopping time went out the window and I went home to work instead. But at 5:30 pm, we had no dinner and not enough food in the refrigerator to make a healthy meal so we ran over to our local Walmart.
I had such good plans to buy something so healthy but unfortunately we ended up walking out with frozen burritos, frozen waffles, and frozen deep-fried shrimp.
If you’re wondering, I definitely suggest using a calendar to help keep life organized but I’ll just tell you right now: our dinner was fantastic!
