I have heard lots about these amazing Asian Lettuce Wraps from a well-known restaurant chain. While I’ve been to that chain, I didn’t enjoy their food or their lettuce wraps. I guess I’m kinda picky when it comes to my food.
The other day though, I was in need of a quick dinner. I opened my fridge to see that I had cooked beef that I had cooked for a different meal previously that week and I had a head of lettuce that I wasn’t using so it was time to make lettuce wraps, something I haven’t made in years.
One thing that I do like to make sure I always have stored in my freezer are chopped onions and chopped peppers which is perfect for Asian lettuce wraps.
This is a quick meal I was able to throw together in about 10 minutes with cooked beef. If you need to cook the beef, it will take an extra 5 minutes or so.
Also, my husband likes to call them Asian Tacos so if you need a different name for them, I do like the name Asian Tacos.
