These cheese tater tots are gooey with cheese and gluten-free. The tater tots are homemade and simple to make.
Recently I went to a local restaurant and had some delicious tater tots that were full of cheese. Unfortunately for us, it’s a little too far for us to frequent often. Knowing this, I knew I had to make some of my own.
These are delicious. I am trying hard to get some of the processed food out of our house. I’m not the type to go completely extreme and get rid of processed food completely but I do want to make sure that the food we eat is a little cleaner and healthier than we have been this past year, hence the lack of recipe posts. When we’re not making food at home, I have nothing to post.
I’m not a fan of making New Year’s resolutions but this year, I hope to make more food at home and incorporate way more vegetables and fruits into our diet. … Potatoes are a vegetable, right? … Back from my 1990s food pyramid knowledge.
