Every year I tell myself I’m not going to buy my daughter a Christmas dress. I feel like it’s an old tradition that I refuse to fall into yet every year, there I am, the weekend before Christmas looking for a gorgeous Christmas dress for my daughter because how much longer will she look adorable in a little Christmas dress?
So one day, we just happened to be at the mall wandering around and happened to run into this dress I had seen before and loved. But the first time I saw it, I was determined to not buy one more dress for my daughter (as half her closet is full of dresses). But this time, I couldn’t resist. It had white, black, and gold. I can’t resist such colors these days.
Right before Christmas, we were at a relative’s house and they had a couple of things for my daughter including a gold belt. My daughter still can’t resist wearing a belt around the waist (from a couple of years ago) so when we got home, I found her, instead of in pajamas like I had asked her to be, she was in the dress with the belt around it. It really did pull the dress and outfit together.
