Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Recipe

  • I love to bake and have some friends who are gluten sensitive. Who doesn’t enjoy blueberry muffins.

  • We don’t have to be gluten free for any medical reasons but I do enjoy working them into our routines just to make healthier choices–I always have bought ready made products-but these look like they’d be fun to make!

    my advse for those outta here who wants their muffin add butter a boost, you may try “cultured butter” a.k.a. European butter, based on my readings, USA butter is differ in preparation w/c is they whip the cream until the milk fat turns into chunks of butter…Unlike EU, they ferment the cream first before they whip it. Leaving you a taste of buttery, movie theater popcorn taste.

    too much sugar to be healthy I reduced to half and mixed gf flour with gf oat flour gives a good taste also used frozen blues turned out good

    Hi @unitedmomsnetwork. I made the recipe and I liked the muffins although, I thought they came a little soft on the inside. I was thinking They would be a flop. They were buttery and yummy
