This Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff recipe is great for a day where you would like to have a delicious dinner but not be in the kitchen all afternoon.
Well, for the first time in a long time, I have been sitting in front of this computer trying to think of something to talk about for this blog post. I enjoyed making the Beef Stroganoff and my family ate it and it was good.
Not much happened this past weekend other than looking for my daughter’s lost phone, which oddly enough, is still missing. The phone is still on but no one is answering or calling me back. It was a $20 phone so you would think that there is no reason to keep a phone like that. Yet here we are, missing a phone for the past couple of days. Luckily it is a cheap flip phone the battery is lasting and I can keep calling it. My husband thinks that some kid might have it and is just enjoying the music every time it rings. I can imagine that as well. There is a good chance whoever happens to have it in their home or business does not even know it is there. I mean, it definitely looks like a child’s phone that is not in use.
I also decided to start painting my daughter’s bunk bed. We got it from our neighbors and it is definitely from the 80s or 90s. It is very woody and although I don’t mind wood, there are all sorts of paint marks, nail polish, and other tacky things on it so I am cleaning it up and painting it white so it will match my daughter’s bedroom walls better. My daughter is currently sleeping in our spare bedroom which is annoying to me because she keeps all of her clothes in her actual bedroom but lives in the spare bedroom. She is messy so as you can imagine, two bedrooms, both messy, and it is driving me crazy. She does not seem to mind, however. I think she is enjoying living in two bedrooms.
Anyway, see? Not much going on here. So you might as well enjoy this Beef Stroganoff recipe.
