Loaded Macaroni & Cheese Bake

Cook Time: 30 minutes


  • 1 pound macaroni noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon powdered mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • bacon bits or crumbles
  • ranch


  1. Cook 1 pound of macaroni noodles according to box instructions. Set aside.

  2. Melt butter on medium heat and stir in flour. Let cook for 1 minute. Whisk in milk slowly and let cook about 5 minutes until sauce thickens. 

  3. Take sauce off of heat and stir in shredded cheese until mixed well.

  4. Combine noodles and sauce in a bowl. Place into a lightly greased pan or oven-safe bowl. 

  5. Top with bacon and shredded cheese (or other toppings you think would be delicious). Place in preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Top with ranch dressing.
