Asian Lettuce Wraps (Asian Tacos)

Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce head
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped peppers
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced pickled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Brown and cook ground beef. Drain if necessary.

  2. Add in chopped onions and chopped peppers and cook on medium high 5-10 minutes until peppers are cooked.

  3. Add in minced garlic and stir.

  4. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and warm.

  5. Cut off the base of the lettuce head to peel off each lettuce piece. Place desired amount of meat onto lettuce. Enjoy!
